COURSE OVERVIEW 300 HOUR Yoga 4 Love Advanced Training Programs:

Prerequisite

An accredited 200 Hour certification is required to enter the 300 hour program, creating a 500 Hour Yoga certification upon graduation from your Y4L Advanced Training Program.

This Intuitive Vinyasa training focuses on the traditional vinyasa teachings from the lineage of Krishnamacharya, Ramaswami and Shiva Rea with special focus on energetics, the chakras, Reiki and Lisa Ware’s Signature Intuitive Vinyasa Sequencing.

In the 300 hour you will also receive specialty education of 4 additional specialty modules of your choice, with more in-depth tools. We focus on the whole of yoga, and the whole you!

Graduates and yoga teachers with a 200 Hour Yoga Certification, (if you already have your 200 Hours):

Your 200 hour teacher training + 300 hour Y4L graduation certificate = you are a Certified 500 hour Yoga Teacher!!

Acquire your 300 Hours with Y4L by completing all of the requirements using the resources and tools available to you 24/7/365:

Online Audio Classes, Video Classes, Required Reading log, online homework assignments. Your student log must be turned in online weekly.

Hands on hours in this program are completed at the INCLUDED Yoga 4 Your Inner Goddess Texas Retreats or upcoming Hawaii Wellness Wave retreat.

Complete all requirements to achieve your 300 Hour Yoga 4 Love Advanced Training Programs Certification Graduation.

TRACKS:

  • Fast Track: 1 Year
  • Slow + Steady Track: 2 Years

Tracks are utilized for projected due dates and to help each student pace according to their goals. Tracks are not set in stone, by any means and are very flexible. Many students transfer tracks, by meeting with Director. Program expires after 2 years, but may be extended do to extenuating circumstances, by discretion of Director.

Train at your own pace:

The course is available 24/7/365 and is accumulative. Most students take a minimum of 9 months (not recommended) to 2 years to complete their 300 hours. Fast Track is based moving through the modules at a fast pace of about 20 hours practice a month on the mat plus homework and required reading.
