This is to be used as a tool to help you as you log your daily sitting quiet time for your Sadhana practice. It has prompts and daily messages as well as scripture and uplifting messages. Please use this lovely journal daily, or as often as possible, and then at the end of the week type up your take aways into the Sadhana tab of your log on Saturday when you share it with me or your Director weekly.

This is a practice we will help you develop and we will give you access and links to many, many tools; affirmations, sacred text, kriyas, crystals, scripture, mantras, Ayurvedic cleansing actions and much more that you may use in this time.
