Goddess Womens Guided Meditation Circle

Join us for a monthly sacred Women’s Circle honoring the divine feminine within us all! I am feeling called again to bring together a small circle of women in an intimate setting. We will be utilizing tools to connect to or greater Spirit, such as sound healing, crystal bowls, Reiki, guided meditation, and praying on the land.

Sisters, lets gather by the meditate to sing, to play to pray! We will meditate, read, laugh and call in our Angels, teachers, master teachers, spirit animals and Guides moving through the White Light of Christ. This is time to lift up eachother and our Mother Earth, to commune, to embody and honor our true Highest Self. Most circles will be inside the studio cabin, however on special occasions we will have a bonfire by the waterfall. Bring a healthy snack for grounding after the circle. Come to learn, to watch, to listen, to share, to inspire, to be.

The circle unfolds organically as the time comes closer. Once you set your intention the circle begins. Bring a mat or cushion, any crystals, healing tools, beautiful sacred items and we will create a sacred altar space.

Bring your sound healing tools, percussion instruments, crystals and beautiful objects for the community altar. Most importantly an open heart and mind.

Beginners Yoga Series 5 Week series, includes all 5 weeks of progressive semi-private yoga lessons. NOT INCLUDED IN CLASS PACKS, as this is a workshop that is instructed by Lisa Ware, assisted by Mia Conlon with hands on assisting.
75 minutes.
Saturdays 9:15- 10:30AM

$75 for 5 workhops. Register by the Friday 3/10; $100 at the door, space may not be available if you do not sign up in advance.

Experience the freedom in Vinyasa Flow yoga; this style of yoga links movement with each inhale and exhale. Moving with your own personal energy, or prana, you will learn to balance, get strong, lean and relaxed. This is a progressive series, and each class builds upon each other. Work personally with Lisa Ware to develop or enhance your own personal yoga practice.

Learn all the basics and begin to feel comfortable on your mat and in your practice with personalized instruction and hands on adjustments. Each week move through basic poses (asanas), learning basic Vinyasa Flow, holds and twists, stopping to break down poses and focus on alignment and modificatons. Each week builds upon the next as you become familiar with Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, the Chakras and Pranayama breath work. If you decide to join before your series expires, you will receive a discounted rate for Elite Unlimited Membership, plus no joiner fee with a 12 month membership!
