This style is called Prana Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Lisa takes you through the basic alignment personalized modifications for your body type, fitness level and ability, offering each pose in stages (kramas). Prana, or the body’s chi, ki or energy is accessed and through an energizing flow of yoga poses directly linked to the breath, increasing your body’s energy (Prana) and focusing on connection to the elements. Building your core strength, increasing your internal fire. Have fun, laugh, fall out of poses, balance and strengthen. Start with breath work (pranayama) and setting your intention for the day.
The flow focuses on Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations), Warrior series, Twists, Back bending and an intro to arm balances and inversions and many other asanas. Come try a fun, flowing Vinyasa Flow class with conscious music; set at a pace that will stretch you to your edge, delivering a powerful yoga practice. You will leave feeling refreshed and balanced. All classes end with a great final relaxation (Savasana) with optional essential oil aromatherapy.

Combining energetic Vinyasa flow to music, alternating ntensity is combined with Hatha Yoga holds and balance poses and you have HOT cOMmunity yoga! Learning to flow with the breath, focusing on twists, alignment in the poses (asanas), and strengthening the core while having a lot of fun! Begin inversions and arm balances plus opportunities for advancment of postures as well as modifications offered for all body types and ages.

No need to have tried yoga before, all poses are personalized for your own body.
This is a fun Hatha style yoga class, which utilizes props, blocks, yoga straps, chairs and blankets to get much deeper into our poses. We learn to focus on full breath awareness and deep restorative stretching, and receive a full body yoga practice.
May include Breath work, Reiki and Guided Meditation.
