60 min. Beginner with some yoga experience, Intermediate and All Levels Combining energetic Vinyasa flow to music, alternating ntensity is combined with Hatha Yoga holds and balance poses and you have HOT cOMmunity yoga!
Learning to flow with the breath, focusing on twists, alignment in the poses (asanas), and strengthening the core while having a lot of fun! Begin inversions and arm balances plus opportunities for advancment of postures as well as modifications offered for all body types and ages. Featuring hands on adjustments, enhancements and assists from the instructor.
Beginning with breath work (Pranayama), flowing, sweating, and ending in final relaxation (Savasana) with optional aromatherapy. Leave feeling refreshed, detoxed and relaxed.
