What makes the Yoga 4 Love Intuitive Vinyasa teaching method unique?

Lisa Ware has lovingly developed this particular style of yoga… and it all began back in 2007.  By 2018 she has taught over 10K hours of vinyasa yoga.

Lisa has taken hundreds of hours of classes from many master teachers all over the country. Over the course of the past decade she founded the Yoga 4 Love Advanced Training Programs and in so doing had recorded hundreds of hours of the teachings, on audio and video.

By the end of 2018 the Yoga 4 Love Advanced Training Program has had 6 years of graduating classes of Certified Yoga Teachers with our Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School!

These yoga sequences were downloaded straight from Spirit, recorded live and then written into her book, Yoga 4 Love~ Tools For Expanding Horizons and Inspiring Positive Change.

In early 2017, as she was completing the final edits on her manual for the Yoga 4 Love Advanced Training Programs online, she was meditating on why these teaching have come through her so easily.

She asked Spirit what makes these teachings different than what our masters have taught, as the yoga trainings are all solidly grounded on the teachings of Vinyasa yoga, in the lineage of Krishnamacharya.

As she meditated the answer she received was instantaneous and so clear:

These teachings are for the 21st century, they are adapted intuitively to serve the Divine Feminine, and the Goddess energy is so very present as an active Source for all that has come through.

As Lisa meditated she wrote, and the following is that answer.

Intuitive Vinyasa is:

a yoga practice or class taught with the traditional elements of a vinyasa flow, the movement of Prana, the connection to Source and the mindfulness of being present with and for our Self and the ones whom we are teaching.

Intuitive Vinyasa is also:

the ability to utilize the tools of Yogic truth (Sat) and bring these teachings intuitively into the present now moment, with relevance to the mind-body connection. It is a way of life, moving with the breath, using the body as an expression of art, and a deep personal connection to Spirit. Trainees learn to practice with energy, the elements: Earth, Water, Air, Fire, Ether, as well acknowledgement of the four directions, our ancestors and our lineage.
