Zumba with Stephanie and Chill Yoga Totally Twisted with Lisa are alternating at 4:15PM. Zumba is weeks 1 and 3 at 4:15PM . Weeks 2 and 4 is Chill Yoga 101.

New class! Pilates at 6:15PM with Donelle!
Hot Yoga 301~ Black Light Rock Your Asana with Lisa at 7:15PM with Lisa focusing on inversions and arm balances.
2/4/14 is the last day for Zumba at 5:45PM.
