What Defines a Yogi’s Daily Self Care?

Daily self care is so important. Practice of the poses is only one of the 8 limbs of yoga. The rest are all about the mind. This is why I love this practice so much. I always love a challenge, it starts with my self care time daily. I must first be diligent to take care of me so that I can take care of everyone else in my family and my life!
