Our bodies are our true temples. And so it is.
We truly have the ability to heal ourselves. We must do the deep inner work. This inner work is what releases the physical energy and pain. Pain is only a manifestation. As they say, suffering is optional.
Two weeks ago I held a Reiki training in our new space that’s coming in Lockhart Texas. I have been doing this deep work and something massive shifted in my physical body. I’ve been able to move gently in ways that had been restricted for 6 months.

Physician, heal thyself, sometimes quoted in the Latin form, Medice, cura te ipsum.
This truth comes from the ancient proverb Luke 4:23 where Jesus is quoted as saying, “Ye will surely say unto me this proverb, Physician, heal thyself’: whatsoever we have heard done in Capernaum, do also here in thy country.”

Over there last 3 years being together we’ve hosted multiple Texas retrests, Red Tent Women’s Circles, taught yoga and she’s DJed at msny festivals. We’ve held space in Plant Medicine Ceremony, traveled to Hawaii together to host, then we held our private engagement handfasting ceremony on the beach! I’ve been to Egypt, taught yoga by the. Ramses Temple and in theSahara! I held a magical chant within the center of the Great Pyramid in the Queen’s Chambee! I’ve moved 4 times and finally went tiny into our RV lifestyle!

I have truly done so much Self work. It’s been an incredible journey. I’m honored and happy to review all of these accomplishments.
