Lisa Ware will lead a beautiful Goddess Vinyasa flow in Honor of MOTHER EARTH for Earth Day 2019 at Cosmic Yogi Fest! Arrive in class early to join the #yoga4love #goddesstribe, as they will be passing out silk flowers to clip and wear in your hair. Come to CYF and do yoga in the grass! During our strong energetic vinyasa flow we also will call into the 7 Directions and check in with special attention to the elementals: Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether. Ground and tap into Pancha Mama’s Divine Feminine flow of energy. Finish with a guided meditation to Shamanic drumming in Savasana. Bring an eye cover and wear sunscreen.
