Have you ever wanted to combine affirmation creation with a dreams and goal setting workshop?

This style is called Intuitive Vinyasa Flow Yoga as it is traditional vinyasa downloaded with the Divine Feminine flow for this new year. We start with breath work, setting our intention and dropping into our bodies. Move through Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations), Warrior series, deep twists, and balance poses. Lisa sets the tone of class with reminders to keep present, set your intentions and to go within, delivering a powerful detox from whatever doesn’t serve you. Choose one word for the year or this next cycle as you move through a moderate paced flow. Ending with supine back bends and a Guided relaxation with Reiki in Savasana.
