Inner Goddess Retreat Recap, Full Moon, Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving! I am super giddy, as my son is home from the Navy!!! I had to keep a secret for months so we could surprise his dad and sister! It was so worth it.

I will be hosting a Brand new course next month so stay tuned for Goddesses of Vision and Action!

I am still coming off an OMAZING Yoga 4 Love Inner Goddess retreat last weekend where we had 23 beautiful souls on our sacred land here in Texas.

We held space for transformation and healing, we laughed, we cried, I preached and I taught. The day the retreat began my neighbor’s dog, half wolf, came to the top of the waterfall. He was my dear friend for 12 years, a protector of this land and the river, he came to me in my dreams for many moons before my neighbor got him. He was a gentle soul, and he came to say goodbye. So, while my girls were checking in, setting up camp, settling into the guest rooms and taking selfies at the water, I got the call that he crossed over. My lead assistant, Stephanie S., brought her Young Living essential oils kit . She helped his pain while I did reiki. This is how our weekend began. The intensity was incredible, the ladies were there to heal, to bond, to bring their energy up and to play. We took a field trip to the Cosmic Yogi Festival on Saturday, where I presented a class. We played games and then we got really serious. Nicole Graffis of SO-HUM Crystal Sounds came to play the crystal bowls Friday and again Sunday. Together we brought through an incredibly powerful Yin Yoga Chakra Sound Healing session. After the retreat I decompressed, and went to see my Shamanic Teacher. I have been studying with her for almost 2 years and am about to take my level 5 training, Soul Retrieval. I booked my own Soul Retrieval session and WOW. I brought back my power in FULL FORCE! I found 5 pieces of my soul, she found 4 and I took a journey to a past life where I met my Power Guide Animal Totem, White Buffalo, I was a medicine woman doing deep personal work and was in a place of pure reverence when I met him. I am extremely honored to have met him and him to share the Medicine of the North Shield with me and my tribe.

I was told so clearly that I am meant to share my medicine, my gifts, my talents fully and completely without fear of judgement. When I share my medicine with a pure heart it will always be well received. I am currently booking sessions for Shamanic Power Animal Retrievals, Death and Dying hospice service for Karma Yoga to help your loved ones or you during the time of transition, as well as Readings with Angel and Divine Feminine Tarot. I also really enjoy doing personal Reiki sessions with Angel Card readings, the things that are coming through are freaking amazing. My clients are consistently giving me feedback after our sessions on how spot on things are for them. The messages from Power Animals, Spirit Animals and Guides have been incredible.

• Raising of the frequency of this planet! AHO sisters!!! Let’s get our GAME ON! It is time to RISE UP!!!

The time is NOW creating a container for being both nourishing and supportive. The energy is receptive, the feminine way, the water element. Time to stay truthful to our hearts, speak our truths, and forgive. We need experience in this lifetime, it is the way out of the our protective shells, hard, linear, old school beliefs and assumptions that we defend.

It is new energy and now is the time to dream your dream life, to engage and perfect your ability to manifest and create. To do the work and hold your vision of the future, yet delicately balancing the details of life. Fair warning to watch for a tendency to get over zealous, excessive, or distracted. It is perfect time to shake up the mental realms:  the patterns and tapes in your mind, evaluate your perceptions and realize your paradigms are not always right. Take time to journal and reflect, asking how you think and speak, how you teach and learn, and why you believe what you believe. Shake it up, goddess.
