It’s New Moon in Virgo

Hey Goddesses, Yogis and Yoginis~

So I have been really producing a lot of things in that Leo energy, baby! But boy, was it taxing! So many eclipses, super moons and retrogrades are hard on our energy level! What practices do you do to keep in check when things are intense?

My personal Sadhana, or practices, are many and frequent and very consistent. I tell you all about these tools in great detail in my Y4L Tools for Mind, Body, and Spirit book, and if you want to amp up your self care and self love, pick up a copy! This book launch party and the release on Summer Solstice was the beginning of some really major completion cycles this summer.

 After that I led the Board of Directors as President of the 501c3 non profit, DFW Free Day of Yoga, to host and produce a huge event, the Dallas Yoga Festival. It is the largest free yoga community class in Dallas and the largest and longest running free yoga event. We hit our 12th year this year and took the event to a new upgrade to be held right in Downtown at the Dallas Farmers Market. So many amazing talented top yoga teachers and my team of beautiful people came together to make this event happen over Labor Day Saturday with DJ Noor! Then on Sunday we held a huge class with 9 teachers in Fort Worth feat. Bhakti House Band!

Now that these huge events are over, I am in a place of yin and receiving. Prosperity awaits as my Yoga is giving. With that mindset I always look to serve.
