September, October recap of events + November newsletter and upcoming events!

Fall is super busy. Yoga Month is September and my September and October were filled with tons of Yoga + Community building events. September started, after much preparation, with leading the kickoff event for Free Day of Yoga Dallas as emcee, and adding new kickoff festival in Fort Worth.

Becoming a City Ambassador for Yoga Month and delivering Luna Bars to studios around Dallas was truly a highlight!
My good friend and awesome yoga teacher started Yoga 4 Your Inner Goddess Retreats and held our first retreat at the end of the month at Our House Retreat Center in Milford Texas. We had an incredible time connecting, doing yoga and eating the wonderful vegetarian meals freshly prepared for our group of women!

October was super exciting! We  held our first Origin Ambassador Community class with Lululemon North Park! Just confirmed the news yesterday that ‘our’ Origin is now going NATIONAL! We will see our mag on newsstands at Whole Foods next month! (You can advertise for as little as $150! www.origin.com ~click ads for details!)

Early in the month I was invited to lead yoga with the Ecstatic Dance cOMmunity on the full moon of October! Lastly, October wrapped up with Breathe the Cure Conference in Houston. I presented a workshop on The Art of Wellness with Reiki Energy Healing. I spent time with some dear friends, Jenny, who organized the BTC and Melissa, who both I love and respect, they are HUGE two community yoga ambassadors in Houston with big heart chakras! While at the conference I met many wonderful speakers, authors and presenters. During the month had the opportunity to teach at the Crow Collection of Asian Art Thursdays.

Teaching yoga is an honor an a privilege. Thank you for your support and love.
