Through the daily discipline of sadhana and sangha with the members of the goddess tribe, we have learned to fill our own cups in order to better serve others. During these difficult times, the tools learned through Yoga can help us all return to our center and feel grounded - no matter what is going on outside of ourselves. Thank you to the beautiful members of the Goddess Tribe and to our director Lisa Ware for her resilience, strength and guidance. I have been through a lot in the last year, as we all have, and I am stronger for this program, the friendships made and the deeper understanding of Yoga and Reiki. Not only does the Yoga4Love provide online 200 and 300 RYT Yoga Alliance Training, but also Reiki certification, so I have an understanding of Reiki Level 1 & 2 now as well. All wonderful tools I see coming forward in raising my children, my relationships, and to my students whether on the mat, in the darkroom, or in front of an easel.
